I've had a lot of luck using the search feature for this type of thing.  
Usually, they're hawking the same junk in each comment, so all you have 
to do is search for "virgin tramadol casino" (or whatever) in the mass 
edit mode, and set everything to delete.  That's why Jennifer's "toggle 
all" option is nice.
