Hrm... now that I look, it seems like with current CVS, all option_type 
values are set to 1 ( just made a new install).

Why aren't these option_types being set anymore?... they obviously are 
still needed, so we know that blank isn't 0 (which stands for binary 
FALSE) when it's a text value
