[wp-hackers] No column called Autoload?

I'm playing around on my test server, and have a 1.2 database with a 
bunch of data in it, that I'd like to use with my new 1.3a install. But 
I get a whole bunch of this, no matter what I do:

Database error: [Unknown column 'autoload' in 'where clause']
SELECT option_name, option_value FROM wp_options WHERE autoload = 'yes'

Anyone know what this means?
