[wp-hackers] WP Blacklist Clean

I've often noticed that many blacklists contain redundant entries.  For 
example:
-casino
casino-
online-casino
vegas-casino-online
online-casino.com
blackjack-casino.com
casino-magic

All those entries could be taken care of by "-casino" and "casino-"

So I wrote a script that eliminates any redundant entries, as well as 
eliminating exact duplicates and sorting the blacklist alphabetically.

I'm no PHP expert, so I'm sure this is a horridly inefficient script... 
but it seems to work for me (removed over 500 redundant entries on my 
blacklist).  Could some of you more PHP-savvy hackers give it a look-see?

Because of its recursive nature, it takes quite a few seconds to run on 
big blacklists, and shouldn't be automatic... but maybe this could be 
added as a manual option, right below Kitten's retrospam link.  "Clean 
and sort blacklist."
