[wp-hackers] Plugin Management issue...

Even if, at some later stage, my-hacks.php support is done away with,
it should be easy enough to say that very same file in the plugins
folder and "enable" the plugin "my-hacks.php" somewhat like
scriptygoddess was, until a little while ago.
