For that matter, add a link to the repository in THE PRODUCT!

If I go to the plug-ins page in the admin interface, it's a good bet
I'm looking for plug-ins (at least ones that are installed.)  If
there's a link there to the repository, it will be the single largest
traffic generator for plug-ins as you have an audience that you know
is interested in them.
