[wp-hackers] Modifying admin forms via plugins

I don't see a reason why something like this couldn't be rolled into
the core of WP. I also don't see any reason why you couldn't be the
main maintainer of it.

Plugin developers can always specify that users make use of some code
that is in a newer version of WordPress. I include class-IXR.php in my
Live Journal plugins because the old XML RPC class was insanely buggy
and couldn't be used.
