[wp-hackers] Modifying admin forms via plugins

I think we should have a 'Plugins Options' area below the plugins list. 
Each plugin could access a framework we provide to display a form 
there. That form would post to the plugin's php page. You could have a 
button or link in the form to create a table that you needed (install 
this plugin), to modify values, etc.
