[wp-hackers] Four deprecated variables to remove

In wp-config-sample.php (and hence wp-config.php after installation),
four deprecated variables are not deleted:

$server = DB_HOST;
$loginsql = DB_USER;
$passsql = DB_PASSWORD;
$base = DB_NAME;

And seems there are only used once in wp-admin/import-greymatter.php.
So why not remove them?
