[wp-hackers] Menu Plugin Hook?

There are a few plugins (for example, I just downloaded ChaitGear's
library) that make modifications to the main admin menu.  It would be
great if the menu included a plugin  hook.

Adding some code that automated both the main and submenu creation in
the admin would be great, too, since plugins could, for example, add
their own submenus to the Options page.
