[wp-hackers] Geo URL coordinates for authors

I beleive in the case of your plugin, the admin should do the work...
I am just an author at weblogtoolscollection.com I can't install the
location manager, far less edit settings as an admin.
That, and other reasons (common sense) made me think that it is
logical that each author should be able to specify his own Lat/Lon
Pairs...
