Great, the wiki page is at: http://wiki.wordpress.org/WP-PatchDay I'll
check up on the page and clean up the formatting daily.
I've chosen August 1st as the "deadline" that should give everyone time
to pick a bug and get started on a patch.
I've selected a bug, and started a table with the info. Pick a bug
before you start a new plugin!
