Situation: Domain Name expires and is not re-registered. Emails bounce.
Good to have a copy reside locally on the wp-plugins web server. Also
good to keep the support data (i.e. forums, etc.) available on the
wp-plugins web server also.
If for nothing else, think data redundancy.
