[wp-hackers] More on nightly builds

The builds now include the date in $wp_version and a BUILD_DATE constant 
that is YYYYMMDD and is suitable for checking compatibility.

The only weird thing is that even though the CVS command is export, I'm 
still seeing CVS/ directories for some reason in the builds. Using the 
same command in the shell script on the command line they aren't there, 
so I don't know.
