[wp-hackers] When is 1.3 going public?

Just wondering if we have a release timetabled for the first public stable
release (ie, non beta) for 1.3? Considering we're still on alphas, it would
indicate that there's still some time to go. However I think 1.3 is pretty much
stable. Do we have a list of bugs to be squashed/features yet to be added before
we can publically release 1.3?
