[wp-hackers] Gateway wp-hackers ML to Newsgroup through gmane.org

It looks worthwhile to use something like that, allowing
non-subscribers to get information easily and also allowing current
subscribers to access older discussions.

I'm sure a few users would like to free up some space too - but Gmail
certainly comes in handy for mailing lists!
