[wp-hackers] Manipulating Posts Per Page

This is a plugin I dashed off in response to a request on the forum for
the ability to have 1 post per page for the home page while having the
default posts per page setting apply to category and other archive
pages.  This provides an example of a query_string filter that makes use
of the WP_Query class.
