[wp-hackers] How do I go about designing WP UI?

Hi all

I want to finish a working version of the multiblog functionality I've 
been working on. I need UI. A nice page, either inside Options or 
besides Profile in the main admin menu.

Where do I learn how to properly make the admin page? Any pointers would 
be appreciated :-)
