 Hi again @imath,

 I didn't test the latest patch but I think it's not going to work if I'm
 not missing something. We need to add a new condition to
 `bp_notifications_clear_all_for_user_cache_before_update` like
 `update_id_list`. Actually that's why I created new action hooks. I didn't
 want to use two more if statements :).

 BTW the rest of the patch looks great to me. Thank you.
