 Hi @oztaser thanks for these catches, I believe @vapvarun will include
 them on the patch he’s working on.

 You’re absolutely right about deleting avatars inside the history
 directory when the corresponding activity is deleted.
 We’ll include it as well.

 In a future release, users should also be able to delete it from the
 Avatar UI.
