 Hi @stokim

 Thanks for your feedback. As `$wpdb->signups` is a WordPress generated
 table for Multisite that we also install on single site to manage these
 configs signups, I advise you to report this issue to WordPress,
 especially if there's a GDPR concern :

 On our end, we will not add new fields to this table and can only add new
 meta data.
