 8411.patch should fix the issue. I've tested it on:

 - WP
 - WP multisite, BP network activated
 - WP multisite, BP sub site activated
 - WP multisite, BP network activated and `BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG` set to
 `true`

 Can you confirm it's fixing your issue?
