Comment:

 While debugging #7726, I encountered a bug with our friendship incremented
 cache not being purged when using either `friends_remove_friend()`,
 `friends_accept_friendship()`, `friends_reject_friendship()` or
 `friends_withdraw_friendship()`.

 `purge-incremented-cache.patch` adds a unit test showcasing the bug with
 `friends_remove_friend()` and fixes the problem by purging all friend-
 incremented caches.
