 @hnla Thank you so much for your prompt reply! I did see the notice in my
 account screen, just not the sidebar. It would be great, though, if you
 folks could add the widget. I'm afraid that some users would log in but
 not go into their account screens and then miss an important notice. I
 appreciate your help!
