Comment:

 Created two demos for this feature:

 1. White tooltip - http://codepen.io/mercime/pen/bgYaBR
 2. Black tooltip - http://codepen.io/mercime/pen/RKaQbj

 Patch coming up for the white tooltip. Black tooltip not as feasible for
 themes with black background, unless they add a little more style.
