 Thanks for the rundown, @websupporter.

 I think the proper way to fix this is to replace instances of `@` with
 `@` when grabbing the oEmbed HTML.  We should do this only for at-
 mentions that are not already wrapped in links.

 `01.patch` includes unit tests and should fix this issue.
