 When I mentioned this in Slack a couple months ago, it was to prompt
 discussion if we *want* this feature, it wasn't meant to trigger a lot of
 sudden dev activity. I'd like to talk in dev chat sometime about this, and
 we can get a feel whether people think it's a good idea or not.
