 "Front-end" vs "frontend" vs "front end" seems mainly a question of house
 style. I don't have a strong preference. But WordPress standardized on two
 words for the noun ("on the front end") and hyphenated for the adjective
 ("improved front-end performance"), so maybe we should follow them:
