 Right now when a user resets a password, it is handled by
 `bp_settings_action_general` function in the `/bp-settings/bp-settings-
 actions.php` file.

 There are no hooks that allows plugin authors to perform additional
 validation when a user resets password. A sample scenario is a plugin that
 prevents users from using in-secure passwords.

 Would there be interest in this? If yes, then I can try to add some hooks
 to enable additional validation on passwords.
