Comment:

 I don't think I can merge the proposed screen notification settings with
 the existing "Settings > Email" page in time for 2.6 because I don't know
 what this is supposed to look like.

 I'd need some UI feedback or wireframes to iterate.

 I actually wouldn't mind the page staying separate, but would welcome
 groupthink here :)
