 It's strange that WordPress, bbPress and BuddyPress are advertised as
 integrated but integrations like this are half baked.

 If BuddyPress can't handle all the e-mails, it should at least be named
 "BuddyPress E-Mails" in the wp-admin instead of "Emails".  Our community
 manager was confused why she couldn't style all e-mails. it's not clear
 that these are only for BuddyPress.
