 @DJPaul - I've had a look over the latest changes, as well as the parts of
 the patch I hadn't seen earlier, and I think it's good to go.

 The mountains you've moved for filter/action backward compatibility -
 rarely have I seen such true heroism.

 Your sanity checks in `bp_send_email()` for content type and plugged
 `wp_mail()` look smart to me.
