 In #7379, I'm suggesting a "send test email" button for better delivery
 testing.

 Here I'm suggesting a Preview button in the same location to preview a
 email. Here is a scenario.

 - You add a custom email;
 - Add a custom template for this email (totally different from the main
 one);
 - Now you want to preview the email with the layout and content before
 sending.

 Basically a way to preview each email, with their own particular content,
 before test sending or salving it.

 Not need to convert token information.
