Comment:

 `3961.05.patch` includes cache invalidation so older cached objects are
 invalidated and refetched at run-time in the `BP_Groups_Group::populate()`
 method.

 Includes one unit test -
 `test_invalidate_old_group_cache_after_db_schema_change()`.
