Comment:

 I looked into this and found two different filter calls for
 `bp_activity_custom_update`, each with a different number of args as of
 r10184.

 Three args:

 Four args:
 https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/bp-templates/bp-

 Was this intentional? Need guidance on how to handle this in my plugin
 and/or on what kind of patch you are looking for.
