 i tested on a single install with BP 2.2.3.1 and got also this error, but
 only for site admin (user_id 1). Other users where not affected.
 Modifying manually the meta_value of {{{bp_favorite_activities}}} unfrozed
 the situation and all went correctly after that for admin user.
