 Core: add media extractor class.

 Parses a block of text and extracts info about media contained within.
 Tests are included.

 This was written to enhance the Activity Stream's generation of excerpts
 of blog posts, which will follow in a subsequent commit.
 Inspired by a similar class from Jetpack.
