Comment:

 A new issue started with excerpt after applying the patch.

 when you publish a text which goes over excerpt limit in update, topic or
 comment, no text appears except 3dots and read more. You have to click
 read more to see all. Annoying, if the excerpt is not initially showed.

 If text is under the limit, everything goes well.
