 Any theme can use the feature as long as they wish to by adding support
 for it within their functions.php file using one of the code i've shared
 above.

 Twenties only get a default support and don't need to add it within their
 functions.php

 Honestly it would be really difficult to deal with any theme unless if we
 provide a functionality like your plugin does eg: put an image over the
 header with no extra css.
