 We should talk to the @buddyboss folks and see how they've handled this.
 Maybe there's opportunity to learn from their experience and adapt it to
 core.

 I also think it's a good idea for the functionality to be built into the
 core component, but that the `bp-default` theme compatibility should
 register the dimensions or aspect ratio. Since the theme controls the
 header size but core facilitates the upload & provides the UI for
 cropping, I think it's important that responsibilities be separated, and
 respectful of each other's expectations. Does that make sense?
