 The template loop `bp_has_profile()` loops first through groups, and only
 then through fields. Fields without a group will therefore not be
 queryable through a normal template loop.

 I don't like the way the template loop currently works, so I think it's
 worth looking into rewriting it. But I think we probably shouldn't change
 the behavior of `xprofile_insert_field()` until it's possible to query
 groupless fields with `bp_has_profile()`.
