Comment:

 I'm not convinced that we need to add fragment caching for HTML output to
 BuddyPress at the moment. If we were thinking of seeing if that works well
 in practice (I haven't tried Ray's plugin), my guess is that caching the
 theme compat. template parts would be more valuable.
