 Sorry, forgot to respond to this. Just to be clear: the current fixes are
 not designed to solve any problems with core tabs. It's an enhancement to
 `BP_Group_Extension`. I was just hypothesizing that it might be possible
 to apply this to something like the 'members' tab, by returning true out
 of the `'bp_group_user_has_access'` filter. It might turn out that this is
 not possible, I haven't checked :)
