Comment:

 I think the idea is to match the layout of the Publish metabox on post.php
 edit screens, where the 'Preview Changes' button is positioned in the same
 way as our View Profile button. But I agree it's awkward, and in any case
 the View Profile button doesn't actually do the same thing as Preview
 Changes, so there's no reason we should be bound to the same layout.
