 @karmatosed yep skeleton structure is exactly what I meant, there are
 elements that shouldn't change and classes/id's that must be observed,
 it's that and the attendant primary elements that represent the markup
 structure and which has no reason to change ( it can be extended from
 template to template pack if really required no reason it can't be )

 Once a firm structure is in place ( much as we did with Status theme ) CSS
 is then able to do it's work CSS-P as was intended applying visual
 positioning and styling if a template pack in future needs or wants to
 modify things it's able to based of something well written.
