 @hnla I agree within reason. We're not creating a framework here, so I'd
 say we're not totally looking for something that can become anything. We
 are creating a solid base. We can't and shouldn't be making a framework /
 one layout that can become anything. We should be sensitive to providing a
 solid skeleton that can have a variety of changes (big difference).

 This said the underneath skeleton will as a result of this process be
 reviewed.
