Comment (by design-marc):

 I would hope each template would require only theme design and pre-
 selection of standard BP features either enabled / disabled, and some
 changes made to the dictionary?

 The idea would be to demonstrate how easy it is to re-purpose BP for
 typical project uses by shipping it with a handful of default templates.

 There would also be potential afterward to go-on to produce
 premium/commercial variations of these base themes as a commercial
 proposition if that was of interest to the developer I worked with.
