 An information message is displayed on the change-avatar page when a user
 updates their avatar. The message seems to persist after navigating to the
 edit profile page.

 1. Go to username/profile/change-avatar

 2. Update your avatar

 3. Note the information message that appears on screen (success or
 failure)

 4. Navigate straight to the edit profile page
 username/profile/edit/group/1/

 5. Note the same information appears on screen

 At this point if you navigate away the message seems to be dismissed and
 no longer appears.
