 Hi,

 I think, as explained on the [http://codex.buddypress.org/developer/theme-
 development/template-hierarchy/#member-directory-page codex], the index-
 directory.php page for members shouldn't need to be in a single subdir.
 I've noticed that in bp_members_screens at line 336 it was the case.

 The diff i suggest simply removes this subdir.
