 I forgot to mention, what my code does:
 - A Button "Change Blog Avatar" is added to ech blog inside the blogs loop
 in the users profile (My Sites).
 - The user can upload an avatar for that blog, crop and so on the same way
 as profile or group avatar.
 So this could be another picture of the author OR a logo - whatever the
 user wants it to be...
